Impressive staff, impressive scenery, as the attentive team assisted me during my 3-night stay, while the beautiful view of Guan Yin Mountain added to the experience, along with the convenient location just a 5-minute walk from Longshan Temple.

A Perfect Family Getaway with Room for Improvement!
We enjoyed a memorable family vacation with stunning views from our Triple Room. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a variety of delicious options each morning. However, the cleanliness of the room needs attention, especially on level 21. Request a room on higher floors for a better experience.

The hotel has a lovely lobby area and is conveniently situated next to Wanhua train station, making it easy to explore Taipei with the kids. We enjoyed visiting Bitan Scenic Area, which was perfect for a family day out with great scenery!
My kids wished there were more family-friendly amenities available in the hotel. The limited choices for kids' activities left us wanting more.

The location was ideal for accessing public transport. I found it easy to get around the area and explore various attractions nearby. The room was well-situated and provided a great view, which I really appreciated during my stay. I especially enjoyed visiting local markets in the evenings, which were only a short walk away.
The shower was cramped and did not have a suitable place to hang my clothes. I also found the toilet doors to be poorly designed, leading to uncomfortable situations when using the facilities.

Had a fantastic stay with friends! We loved exploring nearby Dajia Riverside Park and Bitan Scenic Area. The location was super accessible, which made our adventures easier. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
However, one negative experience was the pillows, which had a bit of a bad smell, making sleep less comfortable than it could’ve been.

Friendly staff made check-in easy.
Our stay was marred by the room's cleanliness. The floor felt sticky and the carpet wasn’t fully vacuumed. Additionally, there was a consistent mildew smell that greeted us whenever we returned from outside, indicating poor ventilation. This was particularly uncomfortable, and considering my age, I had trouble maneuvering in the cramped space without shelves in the bathroom.
